Included:▪ Design, prototyping and verification testing of mechanical hardware including thermoplastic and silicone components and sensors to improve detailed design in an iterative process.▪ System level verification planning, setup, execution and reporting to provide assurance of quality expectations and quick turnaround after system level design changes.▪ ICU hospital monitoring and feedback collection to support product validation in clinical trial.▪ Analysis of flow sensing hardware and algorithm, and subsequent changes to product specifications to reduce rejections in manufacturing during a calibration process.▪ Root cause analysis into excessive condensate created during hospital use of a humidifying product. Subsequent creation of new product quality requirements, test method and protocol, and test execution.▪ Product support for non-conformance findings in manufacturing of plastic component fractures. Subsequent root cause analysis including testing and imaging, followed by reporting to operations.▪ Changes to a legacy product alarm system algorithm to improve user tolerance of the product in light of emerging use of the product in new therapies outside the intended use.▪ Creating additions and changes to the DHF file of the device such as Test Protocols and Test Reports, FMEA, Product Traceability Matrix.
