As Adjunct Faculty in the Office Technology Information (OFTI) program, a integral part of the larger Business and Applied Technology division, I taught OFTI Electronic Presentations for Business Professionals and Microsoft Office for Professional Staff to a diverse student body. Notably, each semester, I had the privilege of instructing a dedicated cohort.

• Coordinate the creation and development of the College's Strategic Enrollment Plan.
• Applies thorough knowledge and skill in research methodology and analysis in independently performing all phases of complex student journey-level research studies including problem definition, study design, data.
• Analyzes trends in community college education, college and community characteristics, and anticipates planning and information needs.
• Prepares research reports, presentations, and other communications containing descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content including the preparation of conclusions and forecasts based on data summaries and other.
• Develops, monitors, and reports on enrollment campaigns, including the identification of new markets, through data mining, data analysis, and data reporting.
• Utilize and incorporate external databases (i.e. census data, Bureau of Labor, U.S. and Illinois Department of Education, National Student Clearing House) to establish strategic enrollment plans.

• Develop data reports to assess, track, and report metrics necessary to advance the strategic priorities of Student Affairs.
• Implement data collection procedures, to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Contribute innovative and creative solutions to the demands of data science to have the competitive advantage in decision making.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of enterprise data systems (Datatel, ODS, Recruit, etc), databases, and integration components in order to extract and assemble data.
• Conduct data research, build reports, and deliver findings to administration.
• Automate and enhance existing enrollment reports.

• Coordinate prospect management through admission application management in Ellucian Recruit to Colleague.
• Assist in the development, creation and implementation of messaging strategies to prospective students.
• Design and develop key reports to assess the effectiveness of admissions outreach activities.
• Create and maintain systems documentation; process documentation, project plans and training materials.
• Test integration components of application submission process from Customer Relationship Management system to Student Information System
• Collaborate with IT and the Office of Admissions & Outreach to implement new Customer Relationship Management system and monitor continuous upgrades.

• Compile reports based on attendance, response rates, and event evaluations
• Troubleshoot integration issues with students’ applications
• Serve as initial contact for prospective College of DuPage students in person, by phone, and by correspondence
• Provide accurate and timely responses to student inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
• Supervise 7-10 student employees and clerical assistants
• Digitize student forms using Image Now scanning software
