Pinpoint Human Resource Management is an independent HR consultancy providing specialist advice in the analysis and adoption of contemporary Recruitment and Integrated Talent Management. The client services team provides ongoing support and optimisation opportunities for clients using a range of eRecruitment and Integrated Talent management systems. Along with the management of this function, I was responsible for facilitating more generalised change management consultancy in relation to such technology and maintaining relationships with system vendors, clients and recruitment services. My responsibilites also extended to the general management of HR across the business including performance and development, coaching and mentoring etc.

During tenure in this position I was responsible for the ongoing care and case management of a number of clients, and the mentoring and supervision of a number of staff. I was responsible for the development and implementation of a range of projects, and maintained relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation.I also maintained responsibilities associated with more general HR practice across recruitment, performance management, ER/IR, training and development.
