About Ben Johnson

In 2014 I joined Xero, who at the time reported ~$40m in revenue and <300,000 customers globally. When I left in 2023 revenue had grown 20x to >$800m and close to 4 million small businesses were being run on Xero. During that time I was fortunate to contribute to building one of the leading Partner Programs & App Ecosystems in SaaS. Today, I have the privilege of helping the next wave of software companies design, build and grow their Partner Programs to acquire more customers, lower CAC and expand their product capabilities.
