The second team of 6, Operations Support is responsible for both the ITILv3 and ISO27001 maturity of the organisation. This includes Critical Incident and Change Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management, Supplier Management, Security Management, Asset Management and Event Management.Key achievements in this role include:- Establishing a new, high performing team to drive platform stability and health- Implementing documented maintenance plans, regular health checks and technology roadmaps to track the health of those same platforms- Implementation of a new ITIL aligned service desk to allow better service management results and reporting- Replacement of the entire SAN disk array fleet- Implementation of a new monitoring system to allow better more unified monitoring and reporting across the organisation- Implementation of a new patch management solution to allow automated patching of the server fleet
