Using a variety of methodologies, we were able to orangize this vast landscape and understand strategically how Biogen Idec fit within it. We then prepared a consulting report and presented a list of recommended strategies for the New Product Commercialization Team at Biogen Idec to pursue to gain a competitive advantage.

Design Museum Boston, a newly formed 501(c)3 with a focus on design needed to find and implement a financial software solution that would scale up with their expected growth over the next two years. As a team of MBA consultants, our role was to find the best available system. Through research, surveying, and working closely with the two founders, we were able to implement QuickBooks Online, develop a chart of accounts, and train Design Museum Boston’s staff on the software as well as general nonprofit accounting practices.
