I am the sole founder of a construction and real estate development company focused on improving the built environment by designing and building residential neighborhoods with four key principles: Community, Corporeal Good, Beauty, and Durability. Our New Urbanist design elements combined with community homestead/farm-to-table elements provide the basis for Shire Group's urban planning. Our signature custom-built structural stone houses ensure the unmatched beauty and durability of our neighborhoods.

I led a group of men to establish a non-profit called the Brotherhood of Saint Joseph with the sponsorship of Anchor Group and, later, Shire Group. The Brotherhood is a lay, Catholic, fraternal community which commits to a shared life of prayer, work, formation, and brotherly aid. My businesses serve as hosts to the Brotherhood, allowing and enabling the members that are employed at my businesses to participate in the daily life of prayer, work, and formation.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading Soldiers in training for wartime operations.Led numerous high-risk domestic missions during 2020, including several riot response missions with extremely high public visibility requiring utmost sensitivity to public climate, combined with rapidly developing and challenging security threats.

Second in command of 80+ Soldiers in a specialized recon / sniper unit in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Responsible for overseeing logistics, communication, training, welfare of Soldiers, and administrative readiness. Regular coordination with Battalion-level and Brigade-level assets to conduct large scale training/simulated combat operations (1000+ Soldiers). Responsible for organizing troop mobilization for foreign deployments and domestic missions.

Platoon Leader of 25+ Soldiers in a specialized sniper and reconnaissance unit in the Wisconsin National Guard. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading Soldiers in training for wartime operations. Coordinated mobilization of Soldiers for hurricane and flood relief.

Second in command of a 120 Soldier Infantry Company in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Responsible for overseeing company logistics, internal communication, training, welfare of Soldiers, and administrative readiness. Coordinated with Battalion and Brigade-level assets to conduct large scale training/simulated combat operations (1000+ Soldiers).
