Hello. I'm Benjamin Shapiro. The CEO and Founder of I Hear Everything (iheareverything.com). I Hear Everything is a Media Brand production company. We help industry influencers & organizational leaders by turning a one-hour interview into a week of podcast, video, and social content. I also help podcasters build their audiences. I've grown of 15 podcasts (and counting) reach the Apple Podcasts Business charts. I've been the host of the MarTech podcast since March 2018. My show shares perspectives from marketers who use technology to achieve business and career success. It has +15K followers and has been downloaded +4M times. On average people listen to 80% of each episode they play. Prior to founding I Hear Everything, I had a career in Tech BD start-up marketing.I worked eBay for 7 years, doing $50M BD deals. I left to found my first startup, StrumSchool.com. When that didn't work out, I ran the marketing departments at Rinse and Handle. After working at VC-backed startups, I decided to work for myself. So, I started benjshap LLC, my marketing consultancy. I helped early-stage and mid-market companies with brand development and marketing strategy. My work as a consultant led me to start the MarTech Podcast, which led me to build PodcastOS (our automation infrastructure), which eventually morphed into I Hear Everything. And here we are today...My experience working on different businesses across industries has taught me to prioritize and understand the balance between a business's goals and its customer's needs.
