2012: Product Manager and Project Manager for a Credit Risk Management framework and applications (Python, TraitsUI, PyQt). Product owner of a new user interface to be used by financial controllers and traders to view risk, drilldown to investigate risk drivers, and hedge. My goal was to fundamentally change the way users view, process and use risk information so they can hedge precisely and efficiently. 2012: Product Manager for Credit Risk Back-testing application (Python, TraitsUI, PyQt). As product owner, I led the conceptualization, design, build and launch of a new back-testing result user interface used by Quantitative Research to investigate OTC Derivatives credit risk model back-testing violations. This application optimized their regulatory reporting process, reducing the effort required by 10x. The quantity of underlying pricing data was a challenge for this project, so I also led the effort to solve those problems through more efficiently structuring and organizing data. Used 4-week delivery sprints.2009-2011: Product manager for a Pre-trade Credit Risk Management application (EclipseRCP/Weblogic). As product owner I was in charge of setting strategic direction for the application, understanding user needs and prioritizing feature deliveries. During my tenure, I led the application from it's infancy of 20 users to use by over 2000 users across the globe. I also managed the development team dispersed across NY and India. Used 4-week delivery sprints, automated UI testing.

I worked with a range of clients, from newlyweds to wealthy individuals (up to 10million in net worth) to create financial plans for them.I also helped this firm automate back-office processes using technology, to improve efficiency, reduce mistakes, reduce key-person office staff dependencies and improve the professionalism of the product delivered to the client (a financial plan). This involved creating a highly customized workflow tool that assigned tasks, streamlined data entry, portfolio allocation analysis, and report creation. This tool saved the company's founding wealth manager > 10 hours per week.
