With over 20 years of experience on Wall Street, I've honed skills in User Experience Research, Design, and Leadership in the fast-paced competitive landscape of Finance. I founded the award-winning UX Team at Liquidnet, designing the flagship Trading application and Liquidnet H2O, which resulted in two US Patents and a $250 million private equity deal.I then took on leadership roles at Credit Suisse (now part of UBS), where I led the Americas User Experience and Engineering Team in Client Channels Technology, and played pivotal roles in UX/UI Design, Business Analysis, and Program Management for Equities Trading and the AES Desk (Algorithmic Trading) through the 2008 credit crisis.After Credit Suisse, as Vice President of UX Design and Research at Morgan Stanley, I spearheaded the digital transformation and modern design of the firm's wealth management products. I led the creation of the award-winning Impact Investing Portfolio Management Platform, the Advisor Mobile Application, Goals-Based Wealth Management initiatives, and the firm's first investment theme-based and WCAG2.0 Accessible Robo-Advisor.During COVID I led teams at both USAA and Amazon, with projects focused on elevating both UX and Data Science in integration, methods, and talent management. I led the design, development, and launch of an Enterprise Data Science program, resulting in a 10% lift in data literacy across all 36k employees, a new in-house Data Science learning curriculum, and the promotion of internal employees into entry and senior- level Data Scientist roles, all under 1 year.My educational background includes a B.S. in Information & Decision Systems and Computer Science / Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and an Executive MBA from Quantic.
