Technology has always been a central part of my life. I started playing around on my father’s network of PCs as a child, began writing code for local businesses in high school, programmed my way through college, and never looked back. Working with a variety of business but focusing on public institutions and research organizations, I am always looking for ways to leverage my love of technology to help make the world that little bit better (and avoid the rise of Skynet).Throughout that time, the key to my success has always been communication. Whether I am working with an end-user or executive, a trusted team member or brand new customer, I have found my success in bridging the gaps between them, helping ensure that the team can create the best possible solution - one that satisfies both the business and technical needs.In my career I have worked in a myriad of industries, on systems ranging in size from custom applications for a single person to enterprise applications supporting hundreds of thousands of users and billions of dollars; however, though it all, what I have learned is that working with smart people to build awesome solutions for truly important problems is something that I simply love doing.
