CurrentDevelopment of key documentation for applications developed in house. Delivering role based training programmes from scratch for users of all levels of IT proficiency. Producing high quality professional videos, with custom graphics and High Quality Audio. Developing engagement plans, identifying key stakeholders, training needs assessments and conducting impact analyses. Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure smoothest possible delivery and implementation of new applications with highest possible uptake upon delivery. Regular support and issue resolving amongst all apps that I support.Regular liaising with in house Developers in order to understand development challenges Delivered projects: - A key reporting application to the business used by up to 150 users (Complete)- Backend application used as a central storage point for key data on projects. Used as a jump off point for all applications on each project. Key to our MS Powerapps integration within the business (20-30 Users)- Application developed to Digitise the current method of logging Site Management Plans (100 - 200)
