Responsible for production and delivery of websites for all commercial clients including Commonwealth Bank and Toyota. Managed the growth of production capacity to 30 major clients. Recognised with 4 first prizes for design in international awards including the London Interactive Association Awards, the IdN Design Awards Hong Kong and the Golden Awards Montreaux Switzerland. Following this rapid growth, Spike was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1999.

Software engineer on mission critical aircraft movement control systems and as team technical lead on a crew scheduling system for Cathay Pacific, Asiana Airlines and Eva Air, being personally responsible for the successful delivery of the crew scheduling system. These systems have become the industry standard and are currently (as of 2016) in use by major international airlines including Cathay Pacific, KLM, British Airways, Emirates, Virgin Atlantic, Qatar Air and Aer Lingus.
