As a "lo-fi guy" I think it's necessary to get insights and ideas out on paper (or it's equivalent) ASAP; metaphors, artifacts, and stories bring everyone onto the same page and help clarify where to go next.I blend human-centered design, business strategy, product development, and coaching, with sides of innovation, facilitation, UX methodologies, and creative leadership. And everything is flavored with humor and witty one-liners.
