Responsible for business sales within the Des Moines and West Iowa market. Manages the budget and objectives for operations including revenue growth, business sales activity, and ensure the delivery of an ideal customer experience. Key activities include the acquisition, development, and on-going management of the Retail Business Development Managers, Business Account Executives, and Business Account Managers.Develop and implement sales plans aligned with the company strategy to acquire new business and increase revenue for small and medium businesses while providing maintenance and support of existing business customers across all channels of distribution. Establish and monitor goals to acquire new customer growth, increase sales performance, and enhance the retention of existing customers. Responsible for building a network for lead generation to increase sales.

Responsible for the leadership and direction of team with 100+ associates in the Des Moines area in an effort to achieve all market and budget objectives. Responsible for the development and leadership of Managers and Sales Associates. Work with Store Managers, Sales Managers, Retail Wireless Consultants and Store Operations staff to achieve superior sales and culture results.

Responsible for leadership and management of multiple U.S. Cellular® retail store locations. Directs daily activities of store associates and store operations. Also performs a variety of management functions including: achieving store productivity/financial targets, planning and executing promotional/marketing activities and completing human resources/staffing responsibilities
