I provide customer service primarily to retail customers, via walk-in, telephone or email, including assisting with customer inquiries on product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges requiring a working knowledge of company products, procedures and practices. I'll design engineered wood roof trusses using Mitek Structure truss software and provide material estimates and quotes for residential or commercial buildings in the Eastern Washington and Oregon area.

Columbus, Ohio Area

We are Advance Sign Group; an award-winning Columbus, Ohio based manufacturing company that provides turn-key sign packages to national retail, restaurant, and financial industries. I work closely with our production managers on designing led signs using Corel draw and Led Wizard.

Cincinnati Area, Ky

I was the lead signs designer. I worked closely with clients and sales reps to set up online personal storefronts that contained admin and user privileges using XML. In addition, I set up email triggers that indicate where an order should be in the processing workflow. I worked closely with our print specialist on several large bulk mailer products and followed United States Postal Service standard guideline procedures for machinable flat/letter. AlphaGraphics allowed me to delve into personalized URL (pURL) as well as customized email templates. Working closely with AlphaGraphics corporate marketing department I set up the localized content, title and meta table tag description using the Adobe Experience Manager.

San Francisco Bay Area

While at GSN I was exposed to all facets of product design, lifecycle, and management. Showing Assistant and Senior Game Producers, I learned QA best practices and agile (Scrum) software development. I worked with the Production Team to develop products and metrics to measure success, as well as best practices for ensuring mass-market game release and exposure, especially in the Facebook and mobile markets. In addition, I was tasked with developing competitive analysis breakdowns for technical skills needed to perform top-notch game production. I also tested GSN products and helped develop QA and testing best practices based on industry standards.

Miami University

As an RA in the Global Connections Living Learning Community I was responsible for connecting international and American students. I guided residents' interactions with the university and offered advise on academic and personal matters. I organized multiple events to bring the community together, and was responsible for all facets of their planning budgeting, and implementation.

Oxford, Ohio

I designed and developed multiple e-report templates for various academic divisions within the university. In addition to leveraging MailChimp for click analysis and Google Analytics for metrics and a/b testing, I ensured that reporting templates adhered to the Miami University branding guidelines.
