I bring a professional background in product engineering, manufacturing, and program management in roles both leading self and leading others. I have an inherent passion for working with people and in teams.I have been professionally employed for 26 years in several product markets including commercial elevator design and manufacturing, fluid handling equipment manufacturing, recreation vehicle manufacturing, automotive fuel injector manufacturing, and automotive electronic controls manufacturing. I have been in a program management role since 2014 and have acquired skills in project management methodology, new and existing customer program management, and new business development. I combine all of these skills to grow our business through the following sequence: establish strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, quote new business, receive business award, and finally kickoff and manage product programs through development and launch of serial production.I am looking to continue my career in program management and progress into a leadership role in business development and project management.
