Resmetrix Medical is a medical wearable device startup developing the first-ever wearable breathing holter. As R&D product specialist I was working closely with the founders and inventors to develop the technology and prove the viability of the product, including the Technical design, Engineering and Material sourcing, manufacturing, quality standards UX and UI.- Collaborated closely with founders and inventors to develop and validate the first-ever wearable breathing holter at Resmetrix Medical, a medical wearable device startup.- Played a key role in product development across various disciplines: Technical design & engineering, Material sourcing & manufacturing, Quality standards and User experience (UX) & user interface (UI) design.

VentiLab is a company dedicated to develop and manufacture sustainable ventilation solutions for developing countries. The company started as we understood the need of ventilation solutions in central and south America, as COVID-19 pandemic expanded and the local health authorities were in need for smart safe and simple to use solutions. As a Co-Founder and VP Product innovation lead all Product, development and manufacturing processes, working solely from abroad, with Guatemalan team in Guatemala City.We have developed the product from idea to saving-the-1st life in 6 months.- Developed a life-saving smart intermediate ventilation system in 5 months. As Co-founder and VP Product Innovation, I spearheaded the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and R&D to design, testing, and industrialization.- Led a local team to understand real user needs in the target country. This ensured the product addressed critical challenges faced by the healthcare system.- Utilized adaptive management and communication tools for rapid and efficient development. This resulted in a patent-pending system with high accuracy and control of ventilator output.- Successfully placed the first 3 machines in a local hospital, impacting lives. According to hospital updates, the system demonstrably improved patient outcomes.

After the closure of Israeli R&D office, I was asked to join and rebuild a carrying solutions team in the Italian HQ as Senior R&D Industrial designer and Project Managers Innovation. my role was to lead the PRO level lines and the development of emerging concepts, while assisting in mentoring the new team into the market.- Led the strategic research and development of new high-end professional product lines, spearheading innovation in a slowing market.- Functioned in a cross-functional role, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager (Bags Team) to bridge the gap between market research and design execution.- Managed projects through their entire lifecycle, encompassing research, concept development, design, and industrialization with Far East vendors (including on-site collaboration).- Secured 2 invention patents and garnered multiple international design awards for developed products. - Team building and mentoring.
