As the Jira administrator/program and project manager for Sonic Automotive, I was brought on for an enterprise-wide project to configure, customize, and maintain a new Agile-based Jira Cloud environment across the enterprise with DevOps, Project Management, and Service Desk project types, including Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall structures.
