Established Elanco’s first enterprise-wide ESG and sustainability department. Responsible for ESG and sustainability strategy and performance – including oversight and acceleration of impact work streams, development of new/incremental goals (including the company's first GHG reduction goal) and optimization of global disclosures.Enhanced cross-departmental engagement by expanding ESG governance structure to include a global oversight committee representing ~18 departments connected to leading ESG priorities.Delivered quarterly updates to the Board of Directors and joined investor and customer meetings, to share ESG and sustainability strategy and progress.Member of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) council and human rights executive committee.Collaborated with internal teams such as procurement, legal, supply chain and health/safety/environment to ensure alignment with current/emerging global ESG frameworks and regulations, including SASB, TCFD, EU CSRD and CSDDD, German Supply Chain Act, UK/Canada/Australia/Norway modern slavery acts, California and SEC climate disclosure rules, etc.Optimized ESG disclosures by expanding carbon accounting from owned manufacturing sites to full operational control and disclosing Scope 3 and market-based Scope 2 emissions (Elanco’s first time for each). Enhanced collaboration with finance and internal audit, and introduced external advisories and data management systems to improve accuracy and controls, and advance external assurance preparedness.Responsible for employee volunteerism and giving. Over the course of ~2 years, increased employee participation in volunteerism/giving from 9% to 28% and employee volunteerism from 9.3K to 23.6K hours .Responsible for climate scenario analysis and ESG material issues assessments, incorporating findings into the company’s enterprise risk management function and first comprehensive TCFD reporting.

Led AT&T's corporate responsibility and sustainability reporting practice, with responsibility for producing AT&T's global ESG (environmental/social/corp. governance) reporting and engagements with strategic third-party rating/ranking organizations, indices and investors.

Responsible for developing and executing programs which merge internal and external mobile learning solution development initiatives with action-oriented philanthropic opportunities.
