Feb to Sept 2019 - SAP Ariba Implementation at Orora GroupProcurement Business Analyst as part of the Project Team to replace their existing SRM system with SAP Ariba, implementing Sourcing, Procurement, SLP and Supplier Risk modules.AusNet eBuy Procurement applicationsMy role as an analyst was to review the current process, create requirements and assist our design team to create an application to replace the current SAP standard transaction to create purchase requisitions. A second application was build as a dashboard that procurement users an overview of their orders, deliveries and invoices. RioTinto Procurement applicationMy role as an analyst was to review the current process, create requirements and assist our design team to customise the eBuy Procurement application to Rio Tinto's needs. This app as mentioned above would replace their current requisition creation processes. Toyota Timesheets Part of the team that facilitated and designed applications to replace existing timesheet activities for the Toyota employees with a SAP Fiori app, giving users a quick way to find and fill out their timesheets as well as reporting suite for the management team.
