Monitored status of network equipment including printers and wireless access points via Netcrunch 5.2 SNMP and WMI agents. Actively provided hardware/software support for remote users via Cisco VPN, and Logmein remote support products. Integration of Mac OSX/Linux authentication providers into Windows Active Directory to provide user transparency.
