Within the Shop Team, my main aim was to facilitate and support the deployment of the latest version of the company core solution (shopper insight tool) across a number of different markets. Our team being structured in a matrix-type way, my role was covering 2 key tasks:• Gathering requirements from all the markets and coordinating prioritisation with the product management team• Being the dedicated point of contact for 5 of our key markets from a deployment perspective. This involved liaising regularly with these markets and act as an expert of the Solution from a knowledge and usability perspective. This could also involve providing to the markets a dedicated training such as the one I delivered to the Brazil teams ahead of their commercial launch of the new solution. • Alongside those key tasks, my day-to-day also was involving a constant support to our UK internal users for any question related to the Solution and any required update. I was also involved in testing activities pre and post releases.
