Final year International Business Management student competent with Excel and always interested in new opportunities to learn and improve my skills. My prior work experience has allowed me to develop a number of critical skills as well as an understanding of the importance of active attention and teamwork for achieving organisational targets. I have a strongly team-oriented mindset that allows me to communicate clearly and operate within teams of varying sizes. I have also become accustomed to working in time-sensitive environments while maintaining high standards of presentation and precision. Finally, due to the constantly changing nature of my working environments, the ability to adapt to different roles/tasks, and to manage multiple tasks at once, is something I have also enhanced. I would also like to introduce an interesting perspective that has not only had a profound impact on me personally but has changed the way I view my work both academic and professional: I think talent is overrated.I first heard this line in Hank Haney’s account of his years coaching Tiger Woods, a book titled The Big Miss. Based on the theory developed by Geoff Colvin he suggests that what made Tiger into not only the greatest to ever play golf but a contender for the greatest athlete of all time, was not some God-given talent bestowed upon a lucky few, but his irrepressible work ethic. The idea resonated with me, I began to view my work in all aspects as something to be developed over time regardless of base proficiency, and the idea has stuck with me ever since.Specialties: Adaptability, Detail Oriented, Time Management, In-Depth Research, Organisational Skills, Educating Others, Resilience under Pressure, Rational Thinking, Customer Satisfaction, Team Coordination
