K&M is a fast-paced and fast-growing company. I felt a great fit here, and enjoyed the personal growth while I was there. I maintained a small route, but mostly focused on troubleshooting and adjustment throughout the DFW area day to day.

Joined as Service Manager/Adjuster and was able to rapidly grow the Service department with the help of a couple of wonderful salespeople. It became increasingly clear over time that myself and leadership did not share the same values.Parted ways with Triton amicably in search of the next, better opportunity.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Briefly held a typical service route and later moved to non-stop troubleshooting and service calls. Learned during this time how to move most efficiently and deal with a much larger number of customers and equipment.

Started as a helper in modernization, and quickly moved into handling more difficult problems as I showed an aptitude for handling them. Learned from some extremely hard working and knowledgeable men and women during my time there. Premier Elevator delivered a high quality product and retained customers extremely well. I aim to deliver that level of quality in my work and will always have a respect for people who genuinely understand what it takes to do so. I feel fortunate to have spent my earliest years here and expect to always look back on it fondly.
