[Originally for Luminet which fused into ITED in 2023]– For all VoIP projects, take charge of coordinating the number portability & telco orders – Act as primary point of contact with over a dozen telecommunication partners and providers – Manage, track & update our inventory of telco services (6000+ numbers, multiple resale/wholesale accounts) – Assist our accounting in producing and collecting client bills (200+ monthly clients) – Follow-up with clients for renewals, inside sales, and misc. customer service – Back up our service department as necessary by dispatching incoming support calls, emails & tickets as needed– Assist our sales and operation teams with various administrative tasks such as pre-sale, reports, analysis, internal tools

- Create contracts for other accounts managers- Process and follow-up on orders once the signed contract is received- Ensure everything is properly billed, documented and explained to the client- Respond to and confirm any cancellation requests- Take first-line business services incoming calls, e-mails and webchats- Follow-up on various administrative issues with clients- Produce reports and other management-related tasks for the Sales Director
