Hello! My name is Benjamin LaPointe, a Nichols College Graduate. I received my Bachelor of Science and Business Administration (BSBA), majoring in Sports Sales and Strategy with a minor in Marketing. I am pursuing avenues to work and grow within the sales industry. I personally have extremely high hopes for my future. During my college years, I played for the mens soccer team my freshman year (2020-2021). Since then, I joined the Sport Management Club and had many different roles while working for the athletic department on-campus. During the summer of 2023, I interned for the Connecticut Section PGA. With the experience and knowledge I gained during my internship, I hope to continue to improve in any way possible within the sports sector. Addition to that, I interned for the New England Free Jacks out of Quincy, MA. Furthermore, my coaching experience started in November of 2021 and concluded in February, 2022. I was the middle school basketball coach for the Douglas Middle School Tigers in Douglas, MA. Some skills that best inspire and motivate me include strong verbal communication, working well with others in a team setting, having a positive mindset, and being accountable for my work. Growing up, I would always see the bright side of any situation good or bad and I try to corporate that into my life today as a college grad.
