I would probably describe myself as an entrepreneur/software developer. As a co-founder of multiple start-ups, I have had the good fortune to be involved with building some really neat, world-class software. Along the way, I've tried to empower individuals and teams and help create strong companies. As a full-stack software developer, I have led several development teams.I've had the privilege to serve as a board member or chairman of several private and non-profit companies. I find great joy in volunteering in the community--especially with the deaf. Despite a few nice successes in the business arena, my treasures are my wife, Becca, and my three children.
