Responsible for reliability and non-conformance management for work centers that build Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels (COPVs), Draco and SuperDraco thrusters, and capsule structural weldment.Developed a "Keep-Kill-Modify" process methodology to evaluate every step of the manufacturing process to remove maintain critical to quality steps, remove unnecessary activities, and optimize remaining operations. Implementation of this process reduced build costs from one flight set to another by over 30% in a 6 month period of time. Process is still active and being adopted by other work centers company wide.
