I currently serve as the Team leader and Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Madison Mortgage Services.My key responsibilities include: Overseeing and assisting the loan processors for my team with questions and issues on guidelines and loan files. On a day to day basis, I assist in the pipeline management to include monitoring the following reports; Projected to Close, Timeline Exception, Loan Approval Conditions. I also provide mentorship on a formal and informal level to our new loan officers, building our bench and competitive edge. As needed, I provide support for the Regional Processing Manager, when they are unavailable or out of the office. I assist the Regional Processing Manager in identifying key trainings that need to occur on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure my team has the tools they need to be experts

I solicited, originated, negotiated, underwrote, processed, and coordinated the closing of consumer, residential, mortgage loans. I would analyze, advise and prepare clients for the application and submittal for loans. I made recommendations as needed to my senior management to help streamline the company’s processes, procedures and loan portfolios.

On a day to day basis, I managed and supervised the branch’s employees; responsible fo supervision, mentorship, and leadership. I also prepared financial statements and analysis for the branch, while I maintained and oversees all banking procedures and processes within the branch. This included overseeing all customer functions; approvals of loans, lines of credit, and other fiscal plans, marketing to the community, I advised our clients on procedures and financial management. Where I also oversaw budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.

I prepared asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. I would reconcile financial discrepancies and analyze account data.This was a client leaning role, I answered accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations for my clients. Making sure that they had confidence in our abilities.
