Research (Co-PI services to add subject matter expertise and capacity support to projects); 2. Development (software, hardware, data sets and tools, and curriculum to support projects); 3. Evaluation (data collection and analysis to enable decision making).Internally, we're designed to be an optimal platform for both experienced and early career researchers, developers, and evaluators.
