Worked with a team of Microsoft .NET developers creating beautiful, user friendly lead-generating websites. The company’s full enterprise system, intranet and web portals were all built using latest .NET based technologies. My process involved hand coding xHTML/CSS/Javascript and creating working development versions using the LAMP stack and SVN version control. Once approved, I would incorporate into the ASPX framework using Visual Studio. I.T. duties involved incorporating and maintaining Windows/Mac OSX workstations into a Windows Server environment with support for specific protocols and Active Directory. Assisted with upgrading hardware and testing new solutions running Windows Server 2008. Provided support for Asterisk phone systems, firewall administration and setting up secure VPN connections to remote working employees.I put in tremendous effort developing the direct mail department. I built and maintained a massive library of creative variable-data artwork used for direct marketing for nationwide automotive dealerships. I strengthened the company’s image by setting strict branding rules. Those rules were applied in designing new stationary, saddle-stitched catalogs, brochures, and a 70-page dealer handbook.To keep up with the printing demand, I brought some of the printing and bindery in-house with production XEROX & Canon printers driven by Fiery print servers. This move saved the company significant money, reduced turn-around time and added quality control.
