His early recruitment experience focused on the Healthcare and Legal industries, before joining a global financial services executive search firm. Most recently, Ben was recruited to build the U.S. business for a diversity-focused executive search firm. In this role, Ben managed executive searches for both pre-revenue startups to Fortune 100 clients in a range of industries. In early 2022, Ben left to follow his dream of launching his own search firm, TheFind!Ben graduated from Clemson University and lives in Los Angeles with his wife. He is an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club, Clemson University Football, and the New York Yankees. He enjoys traveling and has visited over 20 countries.
