MARKETING: concepted, copy wrote, art directed and managed print and digital employment branding campaigns (back when social media recruiting and YouTube recruitment videos were just emerging). - Concepted our "Career-ing (def.)" campaign.- Concepted our "Cafe 360" job fair booth that set the trend for experiential career fair booths in the campus recruiting circuit. "Cafe 360" consisted of multiple high tables, 4-5 minute small group interactions with our recruiters, beverages, 'menus' with our job openings and upbeat background music to mimic a professional networking event at a venue. Our millennial audience dug it, and the big brand campus recruiters soon followed suit.
