fH360 was a joint-venture management consulting & recruiting firm specializing in campus recruiting and entry-level "millennial" talent management. I served in a recruitment & integrated marketing capacity, formally reporting into both HR and Marketing. MARKETING: concepted, copy wrote, art directed and managed print and digital employment branding campaigns (back when social media recruiting and YouTube recruitment videos were just emerging). - Concepted our "Career-ing (def.)" campaign.- Concepted our "Cafe 360" job fair booth that set the trend for experiential career fair booths in the campus recruiting circuit. "Cafe 360" consisted of multiple high tables, 4-5 minute small group interactions with our recruiters, beverages, 'menus' with our job openings and upbeat background music to mimic a professional networking event at a venue. Our millennial audience dug it, and the big brand campus recruiters soon followed suit. The result was instant PR, near 500% increase in candidate interaction, and a 40% increase in online applications the next year. Those who visited our booth didn't remember us for the pen, mug or candy they received, but for the experience they had. RECRUITING: split-desk recruiting hiring college interns through associate-level college graduates into Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance/Accounting, Admin and Healthcare positions; conducted onboarding and orientation sessions.
