Technical support for the Fujitsu products such as thermal printers, touch panels and wireless modules with IoT businesses, and help the customers to design and manufacturing their products, and also resolve their failure analysis for their products in their product line or in fields.

I have been volunteering as a Co-Lead in the Tech Service Team of ProMatch (http://novaworks.org/JobSeekerServices/ProMatch.aspx), which is a job searching center. I have been providing technical service support and have been participating in the member workshops during their business and general meetings. In addition, I have also been teaching circuit design to a small group of fellow members during circuit practice meetings.

I have been managed and promoted the marketing and technical activities of IC products for Sony’s US customers, like (1) power management ICs like DC-DC Converter, Power Regulator, Current Multiplier (2) Macrovision (Rovi) analogy video content protection for encoder of the Playstation (3) GVIF (Gigabit Video InterFace) ICs for automotive navigation, entertainment and camera system (4) optical module for data center and optical fiber networking system (5) IC advanced packaging technologies like SiP, CoC, Coreless and TSV and some other packaging application, and I also researched the new market and application for these products.

After I was transferred from Sony Semiconductor Company (Japan) to Sony Electronics Inc. in 1998, I worked as an IC design manager with a design team, where there were 7 sophisticated IC design engineers; we designed the A/D Converters and PLL for the display system, like DTV, Plasma Display, LCD Monitor and Projector. I was also working with Sony Japan designing the LED Driver, Laser Diode Driver, DLP Projector Controller IC, MEMS Microphone Amplifier and Power Management ICs with different US customers. I designed analog and mixed signal IC circuits and worked on the layout checking, the calibration and evaluation of devices. I also worked with other teams in preparing for mass production, like the QA testing and 2PC and FC testing items. Moreover, I prepared documentations such as IC datasheets and application notes for customers. I have designed the A/D Converter for the digital Video Camcorder, the S/H IC for the MUSE HDTV, the D/A Converter for LCD Projector, and the PLL for the Laser Printer System.
