Product owner for Sunrun’s Energy Services platform. Bringing design thinking and agile to a historically waterfall organization.Key Responsibilities & Highlights:1. Built Sunrun’s first incubation product team, composed of engineering, design, and product, to execute on the initial concept of a virtual power plant (“VPP”). 2. Launched Sunrun's first platform to deliver solar + storage energy to California. Led from greenfield idea to launch, designing user experiences and everything in between. Led to to ~XX% energy delivered during California demand response events.3. Continuously articulate high-level vision and strategy to the organization, ensuring that executives, directors, and the team were bought in with the approach to building Sunrun’s initial energy services products.

Focused on growing user adoption and retention of smart home devices as part of OhmConnect's gamification platform. * Developed strategy, roadmap, and delivery of 40+ features* Implemented three-pronged growth strategy for increasing, maintaining, and re-engaging smart home device users, maintaining 10% penetration of smart home devices across users while user growth increased by 30%.

ANALYST, Demand Response Operations (March 2016 - Present).• Go-to operations professional to drive customer success in 10+ demand response programs across the US & Canada with the creation of customer-facing products, marketing campaigns, training tools, & other deliverables • Identified knowledge gaps in all demand response programs and users resulting in decreased revenues and lower SAT and engagement. Conducted market analysis to define the magnitude of the issue, presented a business case to Operations Leadership, and managed a group of internal stakeholders to execute a marketing campaign and training platform to 16k+ users across the US and Canada.• Championed the use of pre-existing data sets and tools to pilot feedback loops for all customers post demand response dispatch. Pro-actively collaborated with officials from other utilities to supplement user data and provide further feedback to Leadership team.• Developed the technical road map for a new demand response platform in a frequency-response market in Texas, collaborating with engineering teams in Berlin, Germany.ASSOCIATE, Demand Response Operations (June 2014 - March 2016)• Built innovative standard operating protocols (SOPs) to enable the successful execution of demand response programs by the 24/7 Real Time Operations team.
