I'm Ben, a Digital Technology Solutions Apprentice at Cranfield University, and DevOps engineer at Resonate with a talent for creative problem-solving and automating processes. My passion for algorithmic thinking began at age 12 when I created my own forum website based on php. This early experience shaped my technical interests, which I further developed throughout my A-Levels. I've actively developed an expansive DevOps skillset, including skills relating to Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Computing, CI/CD processes and configuration.Outside of my work at Resonate, I'm always seeking challenges to expand my skillset. My love for creative, complex tasks fuels my passion for video editing, graphic design, and gaming. My dedication to continuous improvement reflects my strong work ethic and the value I aim to bring to every project I set my sight on.

  During my first year in the role as an apprentice at Resonate, I was given the opportunity to rotate around countless areas within the company, including DevOps/Infrastructure, Development, Business Analysis and Marketing - all offering their own unique, wide ranging skillsets.After my rotations had concluded, I made the decision to begin specialising into a DevOps/Infrastructure role as this proved to be the most interesting to me, and where not only most of my strengths lay, but opportunities for development and learning. I've been granted opportunities to work on our core infrastructure, and interact on different levels of detail with many of our products, gaining a deep understanding of the CI/CD process and benefits of an automated delivery lifecycle.
