My role involved providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT Support to staff and students at both Aston Manor Academy and Chilwell Croft Academy in the Equitas Academies Trust. This role also involves managing a team of three IT Technicians ensuring the smooth running of the Trust network and all logged tickets are resolved as quickly as possible in order to maintain a high standard of Teaching and Learning. Alongside this, I was promoted to IT Lead for the Trust in October 2023.
