In this role, I led the UK Logistics Recruitment team for Michael Page in the UK, managing a team of 20 specialist Logistics Recruiters across 4 different offices. My team would handle permanent and interim vacancies across Logistics Operations, Business Development and transformation. This would include vacancies in salaries from £30k-£120k and working with large enterprise organisations to SMEs.

In this role, I continued to run the UK Logistics division at PageGroup, managing up to 25 specialist Logistics recruiters in teams across the country. My team would handle permanent and interim vacancies across Logistics Operations, Business Development and transformation. This would include vacancies in salaries from £30k-£120k and working with large enterprise organisations to SMEs.I was additionally responsible for the UK Healthcare division, which comprises 2 areas. The first is the Pharmacy team , where we are the largest recruiter of permanent Pharmacist positions in the country. The second is the Temporary Nursing team, which is a new area to Page and provides temporary Nursing solutions across a range of specialities and settings.

As Senior Operating Director - Logistics and Manufacturing, I ran the UK Logistics division at PageGroup, managing up to 25 specialist Logistics recruiters in teams across the country. My team would handle permanent and interim vacancies across Logistics Operations, Business Development and transformation. This would include vacancies in salaries from £30k-£120k and working with large enterprise organisations to SMEs.In this role I also led the Midlands Manufacturing business, comprising of specialist Manufacturing recruitment teams in Birmingham and Nottingham and a team of around 15 people. We would recruit professional manufacturing roles across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain across a range of industry sectors. The team would handle both permanent and interim roles from salaries ranging from £40k-£120k.

Continuing in the Michael Page Technology brand, I led specialist IT Recruitment teams in Birmingham and Bristol.

In this role I managed specialist IT recruitment teams in Birmingham and Manchester, turning round an underperforming team in Birmingham, whilst providing Maternity cover for the team in Manchester.

As the Director in the Logistics division at Page Group, I managed recruitment teams across the Midlands and the South of England, covering both the Michael Page Logistics and Page Personnel Logistics brands. We provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions covering management and director level positions across the Logistics and Supply Chain sector

Responsible for the Midlands region of Michael Page Logistics covering offices in Birmingham, Nottingham and Milton Keynes.
