Project - New Port ProjectClient - State of QatarI was a Project Manager for the New Port Project in Qatar – a US$7.4 billion commercial port, naval base and canal for Qatar’s Economic Zone project constructed on a ‘greenfield’ site. The workforce peaked at over 23,000 with up to 15 major contractors on site. I managed the day-to-day support functions for a PMO office that peaked at 330 employees; I managed the production of various Client reports and supported Client and stakeholder requirements. I coordinated resource management to support the Technical, Construction, and Shared Services operations.
