I've been with Score Associates for a few years now, and we mostly focus on Real Estate Management roles like Facilities Manager, Building Manager, Property Manager, and Surveying. Since I’ve been in sales for over a decade, we also take on sales positions too, so you’ll see a mix of both. Working for AMC was a massive step outside of my comfort zone, going self employed with no basic wage and competing against some of the big names in the motor trade. This role was all about being pro active in generating leads and closing deals, it taught me a lot about myself and business in general. I enjoyed the ride but ultimately after 9 years in the motor trade, it was time for a new challenge and a fresh start.

So I started at Audi as a Salesman and really enjoyed the challenge of competing with a longstanding team, within a few years I became the top sales person and after 4 years I then went into Sales Management. I enjoyed climbing the ranks and learnt so much along the way.

This was my first full time sales position and got me hooked about selling and learning the craft. I enjoyed chasing down the targets and learning all about selling houses. After 18 months I was eager to earn more money and then made the move over to Audi. Still speak to many of that team today, some great people there.
