Working for AMC was a massive step outside of my comfort zone, going self employed with no basic wage and competing against some of the big names in the motor trade. This role was all about being pro active in generating leads and closing deals, it taught me a lot about myself and business in general. I enjoyed the ride but ultimately after 9 years in the motor trade, it was time for a new challenge and a fresh start.

So I started at Audi as a Salesman and really enjoyed the challenge of competing with a longstanding team, within a few years I became the top sales person and after 4 years I then went into Sales Management. I enjoyed climbing the ranks and learnt so much along the way.
