Founder of Project Vae, a non-profit that is striving to use virtual reality to improve the mental health and well-being of vulnerable adults living within care homes and hospices. Alongside Project Vae, I am also a dedicated and established freelance content creator, helping businesses create and produce digital media such as photo, video, drone and 360° video that can contribute to their online presence. My journey into content creation started when I joined a technology start-up business using 360° projection domes several years ago. There was a desire to create content to project onto the domes so I bought my first 360° camera and started filming… This led to getting involved in a large community of content creators on the Instagram platform. This is where I crafted my skills and learned from my peers. It also coincided, on a personal level, with my finding a new love for the outdoors. I started to notice a huge difference in my own mental health during this period whilst out visiting these stunning locations.
