Over fifteen years experience providing strategic leadership and coordination in humanitarian action and refugee response, including as Country Director, Head of Programme and as a consultant in complex emergencies, rapid onset natural disasters and development settings. Highly experienced in leading assessments, developing and managing large-scale programmes and in monitoring and evaluation. Significant coordination and representational experience was gained in roles such as INGO Forum Coordinator for Northern Syria and Myanmar. I have also represented civil society as an elected member on three Humanitarian Country Teams and on several advisory committees. Academic background: MA in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration Studies (Distinction) and BSc Hons in Development and Health in Disaster Management.
