As IT Manager I was responsible for 20 franchises across the Perth metro area. I ran a small team to provide business as usual services for support, systems management and partnered with local system integrators to deliver IT capabilities that manage capacity, availability, security and performance of the application environment. I was responsible for the IT services provided to the 400 users of the group, procurement of IT products and services and management of technical requirements for key partners and suppliers such as automotive manufactures, finance brokers and insurance brokers. The group grew consistently every year and acquired new dealerships which I was responsible for the establishment of IT services and integration of the new dealerships into the group IT environment.
