At the Department of Transport and Planning, some of my main responsibilities are to support the PMO branch by developing analytics solutions by requirement gathering for new data products and delivering to the rest of the branch. Leading the production of action incentive reports and executive insight products for business gap analysis across major DTP infrastructure projects/initiatives, project scheduling, finance, and governance. Led the requirement gathering, production and launch of an internal DTP Cyber Security vulnerability interactive dashboard.Conducted data mapping across systems and inter-table modeling to ensure accurate data ingestion into stakeholder reports and executive and committee level project dashboards, providing new insights into the business.Upskilling new and existing staff on analytic product creation, coding, dashboard development, and internal API connection training.Automating API and scheduled analytic products via Python scripting.

At NEC, I have lead the reporting and data analytics for a Government contract with a continuous improvement plan, developed all of the reporting requirements with senior management for monthly/weekly analysis delivery. Ensuring that data governance is correctly followed through the team and on going training performed to adhere to industry standards. Automation through scripted SQL tasks and Python scripts, saving hundreds of manual processing hours over my time.
