Creative Director - RPM Clothing- Leading a small team of creatives to produce quality on trend garments for the New Zealand & international fashion market.- Creating & implementing seasonal marketing campaigns. Including all graphic design related to marketing (online & print). - Managing a marketing budget ensuring spend is used appropriately & efficiently.- Capturing information which builds marketplace and competitive intelligence ensuringinformation is then relayed in design meetings & forward planing.- Protecting the brands image & future through product development & marketing.- Product design including mens & womens apparel. Technical Outerwear & accessories.- Managing our social media channels across multiple platforms.- Managing our Shopify ecommerce as well as implementing a sales strategy for online.Also Acting as National & International Sales Manager - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers to build business and leverage off brand equity.- Working with our Junior Sales Rep & Australian Agent to make sure RPM Provides a high quality account management service to 80+ wholesale accounts throughout New Zealand & Australia.- Actively reporting to ensure both indent and stock service sales & targets are reached and exceeded.- Co-ordination of marketing and merchandise material for retailers. This includes signage, POS and in-store promotions.
