With over 40 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and private equity, I am the President & CEO, Partner, and Co-Founder of Pan American Finance. Our Miami-based firm specializes in M&A advisory and capital raising services, focusing on clean energy and sustainable infrastructure. Since 2003, we’ve successfully completed 87 transactions valued at over $5 billion, with more than $2.5 billion directed towards clean energy initiatives.Previously, I served as CFO of Ibero American Media Partners, a $500 million private equity platform, and as Vice Chairman of Cisneros Television Group, where I played a key role in the merger with El Sitio, forming Claxson Interactive Group (NASDAQ: XSON) in 2001. I also held positions at Violy, Byorum & Partners, Citicorp Securities, and Continental Bank, gaining experience across New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and London.In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a director of the Osteosarcoma Collaborative and a senior advisor to the ALS Recovery Fund, both focused on advancing research and patient care for ALS and bone cancer.
