In this position I help to manage a single Salesforce Org through declarative administration and some development. I work with a great team to complete stories for 3 week Sprints along with doing the deployments using Metazoa Snapshot and a custom deployment tool we built in our Salesforce Org. I help to manage projects with business partners for integration with multiple operation systems as well as projects for individual workflow processes. I enjoy solving the requirements puzzle of business to IT communication.

Administration and Customization of MS Dynamics CRM 4.0. Upgrade and Administrate CRM 2011.

Using MS SQL Server and SSRS with Visual Studios 2005 to create procedures and reports. These reports were made for different departments in the corporate office and for the users in the field.
