I had 3 responsibilities in this position. I am tasked with giving personal training sessions on our products to customers, transferring customer data between their old computer and the new computer they purchased, and I diagnosed and fixed iPods, iPads, and iPhones. My primary objective was to insure that the customers would be satisfied at the end of interaction every time. This position helped teach me a great deal about time management, technical knowledge, and customer service.

My duties at Apple as a Specialist were primarily focused on sales. I would beproviding a customer with an appropriate sales solution including hardware,software, and select services that we provided. My customer service hasbeen refined and honed greatly thanks to this job. I make it a goal to makesure every customer not only leaves happy, but with a sense of wanting to telltheir friends about the experience they had.

My duties consisted of diagnosing and repairing student computers in thedorm rooms. I was the goto guy for my coworkers that had any AppleComputers that had any problems or questions. For this job we used acomputer program to keep track and organize the job requests of peoplethat needed help. At the end of the week, I send a summary of what I didduring the week to my supervisor.
