About Ben Morton

Proud founder of b3m, a Web as a Service company which I established at the end of 2022.I spent 15 years as a part-time, freelance website designer whilst working a full-time job in insurance. In 2020 I decided to follow my passion full time. In 2022 I was employed in a Cheltenham based web agency as an Operations Director. My role was to lead operations and a small team of creatives including Web Developers, Graphic Designers, Social Media Managers and Cinematographers.
